loveforpaper.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For In Store and Phone Orders payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
2. I returned my item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?
We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please allow 5 – 7 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.
3. Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the merchandise in its original condition with all packaging to Love For Paper warehouse via an insured, traceable shipping service within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
4. How can I change or cancel my order?
After you have clicked “Purchase” your order begins to process and we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please contact our customer service department at support@loveforpaper.com for further assistance with this issue.
5. How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and checking your order status. If you did not log into an account or create one, we would be more than happy to update you. You can reach us via Chat, Email or by giving our customer service department a call. Once shipped; you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.
6. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days,Express Shipping : 3-7 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options, you will see the shipping estimated business days when you place your order.
